About Position:
We are seeking for L2 Support Engineer with hands on experience in market, credit risk, L2 Support, financial products, etc.,

Location: Pune/Bangalore/Hyderabad
Experience: 5 to 8 Years

What You'll Do:
Ensure the timely production of local and global risk measures and reports daily
Monitor overnight risk batch processes and publish daily status reports
Respond to support incidents such as data load calculation or report generation failures
Manage incident tickets and track resolution through ITSM tools (JIRA Service Now)
Respond to end-user service requests
Release Management on UAT and Production Environments
Ensure succinct and timely communication of issues to stakeholders (e.g. Global Risk business support teams management)
Contribute to operational documentation (e.g. knowledge-library articles runbooks etc.)
Participate in rota with other support staff to provide ...
