This is an opportunity for a Level 2/3 IT Support Engineer to join a small, collaborative technology team supporting a highly service-oriented business. Working closely with senior technical staff, you'll help manage a broad range of support activities across Microsoft technologies, SaaS platforms and cloud services, freeing up key team members to focus on strategic initiatives.
