Position Description

We are seeking an experienced L3 Cloud Support Developer to provide advanced cloud platform and application support for enterprise systems, including CGI’s proprietary IP system, CACS X. This role is responsible for handling L3 escalations, complex cloud and infrastructure issues, and ensuring the stability, security, and performance of CACS X environments. Training on CACS X will be provided, and the successful candidate is expected to rapidly build deep technical and functional knowledge of the platform.
