Position Overview

            Lead L3 support activities for the Retail Network, ensuring optimal performance, security, and reliability. 
Collaborate with MNCS to address L2 activities and provide assistance with partial L3 support. 
Participate in design discussions and contribute to the development of network infrastructure plans. 
Assist with transitions, migrations, and upgrades as required, ensuring minimal disruption to operations. 
Act as a point of contact for incident response, troubleshooting, and resolution for network-related issues. 
Monitor network performance and security, proactively identifying and addressing potential issues. 
Maintain accurate documentation of network configurations, changes, and troubleshooting procedures. 
Provide on-call support as needed, being readily available to address urgent issues.
