Responsibilities

• Provide L2+/L3 production support for Java applications
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues across Java, Unix, and database layers
• Make code and script changes in Java, shell, and Perl as needed
• Monitor jobs and production tooling, including incident and change workflows
• Execute end-to-end production fixes following SDLC processes

Requirements

• 7-10 years of hands‑on development/support experience
• Advanced Java/J2EE skills, including REST APIs, servlets, JSP, JDBC, Struts, Hibernate, and Spring
• Experience with Tomcat, JBoss, WebSphere, and WebLogic
• Strong database experience with DB2, Oracle, or Sybase
• Mid to advanced Unix and scripting skills
• Hands‑on with Autosys, Procmon, crontab, Git, Jenkins, Jira, and ServiceNow
• Advanced English
