Role: L3 Systems Infrastructure Engineer – Hybrid/Remote

Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Level 3 MSP Engineer to serve as the top escalation point and technical lead for complex client environments. This role is responsible for deep‑dive troubleshooting, project delivery, infrastructure upgrades, and advanced cloud/on‑prem hybrid management.

You will also play a key role in mentoring junior engineers and collaborating with the Service Delivery Manager on continuous improvement and standardization initiatives. The ideal candidate is a strong technical expert with proven experience in MSP environments and end‑to‑end project delivery.
