Job Description
The Laboratory Director leads and oversees all clinical laboratory operations in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment. This role ensures accurate and timely testing services, maintains full regulatory compliance, and supports high-quality patient care through strong leadership and operational excellence. The director works hands-on with laboratory processes, staff, and systems, driving quality, safety, and continuous improvement across all laboratory functions.
Responsibilities

+ Oversee daily laboratory operations, including workflow management, staffing, and overall performance of the laboratory team.
