The Semiconductor Lab Manager is responsible for leading daily operations of the engineering lab environment that supports Product Engineering and Test Engineering activities. This role manages a team of 3–4 technicians and is accountable for lab readiness, equipment uptime, calibration compliance, maintenance systems, technician execution, vendor coordination, and budget management.
