ABOUT THE ROLE
In this role you lead the daily operations of the laboratory, ensuring a safe, compliant and efficient environment that supports product development, testing, or production activities. This role manages laboratory personnel, equipment, supplies, and processes to deliver high-quality, timely, and cost-effective results.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Ensures all China’s technical services requests (TSR) are executed accurately, on-time, and meeting or exceeding customer satisfaction.Ensures all laboratory testing facilities in China region are properly maintained, up-to-date, and appropriate for current and anticipated testing needs.Ensures that all laboratory testing equipment is properly calibrated, verified, and maintained.Coordinates activities with Regional Tech Services Teams around the globe as appropriate to level the global workload and ensure technical service follows consistent global practice.<...
