Position Overview

            Key Responsibilities  Develop and optimize concrete mix designs for various applications in ready-mix, precast, high-strength, etc. 
Conduct laboratory trials and testing (slump, compressive strength, setting time, durability, etc. 
Evaluate raw materials such as cement, aggregates, and admixtures 
Perform plant trials and ensure smooth transition from lab to production 
Troubleshoot concrete-related issues at plant and construction sites 
Provide technical support to production and project teams 
Analyze test data and prepare technical reports 
Ensure compliance with relevant standards 
Research and develop new products and sustainable concrete solutions 
 Preferred Skills and Requirements  Experience in R&D or product development 
Knowledge in green concrete / SCM materials (fly ash, slag) 
Experience with batching plant operations
