Lab Technician
Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated R&D Lab Technician to join a dynamic team in the cosmetic and personal care product industry. This role focuses on supporting product development and laboratory operations through hands-on involvement in preparing lab batches, assisting with cosmetic formulations, documenting results, and supporting scale-up activities. The position is initially intended to cover a leave of absence but may evolve into a longer-term opportunity for the right candidate.
Responsibilities

+ Prepare and execute laboratory batches according to established formulas and procedures.

+ Assist R&D Scientists and Formulators with product development projects.

+ Accurately weigh, measure, and mix raw materials for cosmetic formulations.
