Job Description
The Assay Development Lab Technician supports the development of diagnostic products by performing hands-on laboratory work in a regulated environment, following approved standard operating procedures and Good Laboratory Practices. This role focuses on generating test samples, executing end-to-end assay runs and robustness testing on diagnostic devices, performing quality control testing, and maintaining laboratory equipment and facilities. The technician collaborates closely with assay development, quality, regulatory, and production teams to generate high-quality data, document results and observations clearly, and prepare test records and reports suitable for internal review and regulatory submissions.
