**Job Function:**

The role of the Lab Technician is to fulfill the goal and objectives of the entire plant. Ensure accurate and timely product testing so that Dairy products are manufactured within quality specifications. Monitor processing and production lines to ensure that GMPs are followed. Prevent costly errors by production personnel. Ensure that the shift contributes to the best financial interests of Vandervoort Dairy.
