Our client, a prominent AmLaw 100 firm, is seeking a highly motivated Associate Attorney to join its dynamic and expanding Labor and Employment Class Action Practice Group. This role offers the opportunity to work on innovative and high-stakes litigation with a collaborative team of skilled professionals.

Candidate Profile

  • JD from a top-tier law school with an excellent academic record

  • Active Bar Admission in Texas, in good standing

  • 4-6 years of substantive experience in complex litigation with a focus on employment related and/ class actions

  • Extensive experience defending class action lawsuits, including but not limited to: Employment discrimination, workplace privacy, ...
