Job Summary

We are adding an experienced labor and employment attorney to partner with HR and leadership on employee matters and ensure compliance with employment laws. This role works cross-functionally to provide practical, business-focused legal guidance in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities

+ Advise on multistate and federal employment law (employee relations, terminations, leaves, wage & hour, investigations, etc.)

+ Partner with HR to assess and improve policies, practices, and compliance

+ Develop policies, trainings, and employment agreements

+ Identify and mitigate legal risks

+ Lead internal investigations and manage employment litigation (including outside counsel)

+ Communicate legal guidance clearly to business stakeholders
