Position Overview
Under general supervision of the Director of Labor Relations, the Labor Relations Associate will provide
comprehensive administrative support to the Labor Relations team. The role is essential in ensuring smooth
operations within the department, facilitating effective communication, and maintaining accurate records.
Scope of Role & Responsibilities
Assist in the preparation, distribution, and filing of labor and employee relations documentation and correspondence. Schedule and coordinate meetings, hearings, and other events related to labor and employee relations activities. Maintain and update labor and employee relations databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of information.
