In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Knowledge of Federal Laws and Official Mexican Standards (NOMs) issued by the Secretariat of Labor and Social Welfare (STPS).
• Experience managing employee services (industrial cafeteria and transportation).
• Supervision of the security guard team to ensure continuous coverage of operations.
• Implementation and management of AI-equipped CCTV systems for automated access control, risk detection, and perimeter security optimization.
• Fostering a healthy culture of appropriate conduct through the Labor Relations Policy.
• Preparing reports and charts regarding written and verbal interviews and disciplinary sanctions.
• Managing processes for resignations, contract rescissions, terminations, and related conflict resolution.
• Planning and managing events such as holiday celebrations, sports activities, recognition programs, and anniversaries.
