Responsibilities for this position may include but are not limited to:
Provide strategic guidance and hands on assistance for Operating Units to manage through complex global labor relations issues, for contract negotiations, for pro‑active employee relations and organizing campaigns, with a focus on Argentina.
Provide expert: advocacy in labor arbitrations and with government agencies (legal research, counsel, company lead advocate) labor relations consultation and counsel to operating units.
Supports the execution of global labor relations philosophy and partners with the business stake holders on the determined strategy and philosophy.
Enhance organization’s labor relations competence through development and facilitation of labor relations training and mentorship.
Act as guidance review or project team member to various compensation, disability management, and other HR project teams.
