**Job Summary and Qualifications**

**The Labor Relations Manager assists management at the facility, market and division levels in achieving organizational goals by acting as a reliable and trusted consultant on a wide range of labor relations matters including collective bargaining; the interpretation and administration of collective bargaining agreements; compliance with labor laws; and union avoidance.​**
