Labor Relations Business Partner (People & Culture)

The Role

We are looking for a Labor Relations Business Partner who can partner closely with the business to drive strategic people initiatives, shape a productive and compliant work environment, and support organizational transformation in a dynamic manufacturing setting. In this role, you will combine business partnering, customer management, and labor strategy to ensure not only compliance, but also sustainable employee relations, strong culture, and business performance.
