Overall Responsibilities

• Provides overall leadership and management of the Labor Relations team
• Manages and directly handles labor cases, including representation and participation in SENA, NLRC, and other labor‑related hearings and proceedings
• Oversees, guides, and supports the team in handling employee cases, ensuring strict compliance with due process requirements; includes evaluation and decision‑making on case outcomes
• Manages and ensures the achievement of the Labor Relations team’s KPIs and performance targets
• Reviews company policies, processes, the Code of Discipline, Employee Manual, and related guidelines, and recommends enhancements aligned with labor laws and best practices
