Role objective:

Provide administrative support to the Research and Development (R&D) Technical department in their provision of technical services to internal and external customers.

Day-to-day requirements of the role:

• Be proactive in organising work under your control and ensure the work is done according to a prioritized list.
• As required, liaise with Sales Department and customers regarding new product developments or introductions.
• Prepare quotes for services including development work, stability testing and validations.
• Monitor, order and maintain stocks of Lab consumables, Lab equipment and packaging.
