Laboratory Analyst

Location: Medina, Misamis Oriental

We are looking for a Laboratory Analyst to perform laboratory testing and analysis that supports our quality assurance and food safety programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform laboratory testing of raw materials, in-process products, and finished products such as coconut oil, coconut milk, desiccated coconut, and coconut water.
• Conduct chemical and physical analyses including Free Fatty Acid (FFA), moisture content, color, peroxide value, iodine value, residual oil content, and other required quality parameters.
• Accurately record, analyze, and report laboratory test results in accordance with established procedures and specifications.
• Ensure proper sampling, handling, and storage of laboratory samples.
• Operate, calibrate, verify, and maintain laboratory equipment and instruments to ensure testing accuracy and reliability.
