Position Overview

            Manage the day-to-day operations of the laboratory 
Supervise laboratory personnel and coordinate daily work activities 
Ensure compliance with laboratory safety procedures, quality standards, and regulatory requirements 
Maintain laboratory equipment and coordinate calibration, servicing, and maintenance schedules 
Monitor inventory levels and manage procurement of laboratory supplies and consumables 
Prepare and maintain laboratory documentation, reports, and records 
Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders to support project requirements 
Conduct risk assessments and promote a strong safety culture within the laboratory 
Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance laboratory efficiency and productivity 
Perform any other duties assigned by management
