What the role is: Provide technical support in casework examinations, laboratory operation, instrument maintenance, quality assurance and research and development activities, with the objective of providing reliable, timely and efficient forensic services.
What you will be working on: - Conduct Testing of Drugs and Metabolites : Perform comprehensive testing of drugs of abuse and metabolites in biological samples, encompassing sampling, extraction, and instrumental analysis, in strict adherence to laboratory manuals and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Operate and Maintain Laboratory Instruments : Proficiently operate and ensure the proper maintenance of a range of laboratory instruments, including analytical balances, laboratory centrifuges, chromatography and mass spectrometry systems.
