Position Overview
Job Description Key Responsibilities
Operate semiconductor tools across various process types (e.g. deposition, etch, lithography, metrology), including wafer processing, measurement, and inspection activities
Perform routine tool operations including wafer loading/unloading, recipe execution, lot tracking, and adherence to process specifications
Identify and troubleshoot basic equipment/process issues and perform first-level tool recovery in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOPs)
Escalate abnormal tool behavior and safety concerns promptly to engineering or maintenance teams
Coordinate with process integration, scientists, engineers, and external stakeholders to schedule tool time, execute experimental runs, and collect accurate data for analysis
Ensure accurate and timely recording of production plan and execution in Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES)
