**Minimum Qualifications:**

+ Certified International Board-Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC)
+ Three (3) years clinical experience

**Licenses, Registrations, or Certifications:**

+ Certified International Board-Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC)
+ Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification
+ Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS)
+ Valid driver's license and proof of liability insurance required
