Work Address: Marikina City and some project sites (Rizal area)

Work Set-up: Fieldwork at project sites, with occasional RTO at the Marikina office for reports

Work Schedule: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday

Work Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Plan, design, and oversee land development and site improvement works, including roads, drainage, utilities, and earthworks
• Ensure that land development projects are executed in accordance with approved plans, technical standards, budgets, timelines, and applicable government regulations.

Qualifications

• Has a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
• With at least 3 years of relevant experience in construction or real estate development
