Halff has an immediate opening for a Senior Project Manager to support our Land Development practice in Tampa, FL. The ideal candidate would be a servant leader that has at least 10 years of experience with commercial, industrial and residential projects.





What you will do:

Oversee design, planning, project delivery and other related services within the area.

Identify business opportunities and lead the successful pursuit of Lanf Development design projects.

Responsible for maintaining client relationships.

Provide strong leadership, guidance, and technical expertise to an existing Land Development team.

Further develop and mentor other members of the team.

Manage successful project performance including production, staffing, profitability, quality, etc.
