Professional Land Surveyor (PLS)
We are seeking a licensed Professional Land Surveyor to lead and oversee a variety of land surveying projects. This role is responsible for ensuring the technical accuracy, regulatory compliance, and quality of all survey deliverables, while supporting multidisciplinary project teams.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare, review, and certify ALTA/NSPS, boundary, topographic, and subdivision surveysSign and seal final survey documentsManage survey projects including scope, schedule, and quality controlSupervise and mentor survey technicians and field crewsReview survey data, plats, and mapping for accuracy and completenessCollaborate with engineers, architects, developers, and municipal agenciesAssist with proposals, project planning, and client communication Qualifications
