About the opportunity
Due to an internal promotion, we have an opportunity based in Auckland or Hamilton. You will play a key role in planning, managing and delivering land access for Transpower projects. Working closely with internal and external stakeholders, you’ll provide high-quality advice and practical delivery aligned with our Landowner Relations Strategy.
In this role you will:
Develop plans to secure land access and property rights to meet project requirements and timelinesNegotiate and deliver land-related contracts and agreements, including easements and land access agreementsManage land access processes under relevant legislation including the Electricity ActMaintain regular communication with project teams on progress, risks, costs and timelinesChampion respectful, consistent landowner engagement and support dispute resolution when requiredEnsure landowner records and...
