What this role really is

This is project-based landscape work — not weekly maintenance, and not full-scale construction.

Think:

• Garden and landscape upgrades
• Planting projects
• Small builds and site improvements
• One-off jobs that actually change a property

You’ll lead a crew, run jobs start‑to‑finish, and make sure the final product looks as good as it did in the plan (or better).

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead a small crew on enhancement projects from start to finish
• Read and execute landscape plans with a focus on quality and efficiency
• Operate equipment (mini ex, skid steer, loaders) as needed
• Coordinate materials, equipment, and daily job flow
• Keep projects on schedule and within budget
