Key responsibilities - Prepare project schedules, manpower planning, and resource allocation
- Monitor project progress to ensure work is completed on time, within budget, and according to specifications
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality workmanship and compliance with safety regulations
- Attend site meetings and prepare progress reports
- Resolve site issues and implement corrective actions promptly
- Monitor project costs and control expenditures
- Ensure compliance with MOM, WSH, NParks, and other relevant statutory requirements
- Supervise site supervisors and project teams to achieve project objectives
