+ Assume full responsibility for the efficient operation of the Landscaping Department
+ Develop or refine plans for the project, which may include ornamental plants, ground cover, and landscaping structures
+ Stays current with industry trends to apply appropriate horticulture practices aligned with Six Senses guidelines, while considering organic, social, environmental, and economic factors.
+ Maintaining and exceeding Six Senses sustainability and landscaping standards.
+ Ensures high standards of appearance, grooming, and hygiene, and maintains strong knowledge of safety, security, and emergency procedures for self and team, in compliance with brand and legal requirements.
+ Ensuring accurate reporting, documentation, and effective communication.
