Staffpoint Holding Oy offers a seasonal café trainee program in Lapland. Trainees undergo a four‑day training in mid‑November and are then employed at a café at either Kittilä or Ivalo airport for the winter season.

After the training, the minimum employment period is the Christmas season with a potential extension through March 2027. Accommodation may be provided, and compensation follows the local collective agreement with pay periods roughly every three weeks.
