The opportunity

We are currently looking to hire a Large Loss Commercial Property Claims Examiner to join our Complex Loss Team.

In this role, you will review claim files and oversee work handled by third‑party adjusters. Unlike the on‑site adjusters who gather information directly, the examiner provides direction and oversight of the execution of required steps and the customer service provided by a third‑party adjuster. You will ensure alignment with Aviva’s best practices and handling procedures and will manage the investigation, quantification, analysis, adjustment, and settlement of property claims. With a focus on quality and customer service, you will work with specialists and premier vendors to control indemnity spend and expenses while delivering outstanding customer service.
