Flix is seeking a motivated Junior LATAM CRM Specialist to join our marketing team in Mexico. In this key role, you will plan, setup, and execute CRM communications across LATAM markets such as Chile, Mexico, Brazil, and Peru.

The ideal candidate will have strong marketing communication skills, experience with multi-channel CRM, and familiarity with Braze. You’ll collaborate closely with regional market leads to optimize and execute effective campaigns.
