The Nature Conservancy is looking for a Human Resources Generalist to join their team in Latin America.

Responsibilities

• Support HR operations and implement key people programs across nine countries, including Argentina.
• Provide comprehensive HR support across the region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Advanced analytical skills with Excel.
• Fluency in Spanish and/or Portuguese.
• Experience working in a multinational environment preferred.
