Responsibilities

This role provides enterprise leadership for the end‑to‑end Supply Chain digital agenda, consolidating initiatives across Agro, Manufacturing, Logistics, and WFM to drive sustained business performance.

Owns the Supply Chain digital portfolio from a business outcomes perspective, leading execution through PMOs, ensuring disciplined value realization, and embedding digital ways of working aligned with Motor+ culture.

The role is accountable for investment and CAPEX governance, partnering with COEs and Finance to define requirements, timelines, success criteria, and value assumptions, while driving change management and frontline adoption.

Acts as the primary Supply Chain business integrator for digital initiatives, partnering with S&T for execution transparency without owning technology delivery.
