AppGate is seeking an accomplished Director of LATAM Sales to oversee and scale our Zero Trust Network Access business across Latin America and the Caribbean. This role is focused on building a high-performing sales organization and includes leading direct enterprise sales, managing channels, and engaging with C-suite executives at strategic accounts.

The ideal candidate will have 15+ years of enterprise software sales experience and a proven ability to drive revenue growth across multiple countries. Fluent in English and Spanish, this leader will represent AppGate at industry events and build key relationships in the market.
