Job Description: About the Role: We are seeking a skilled Lathe Machinist with experience in both manual and CNC turning to support precision manufacturing of micro-components for semiconductor and high-tech industries. The role requires strong hands-on machining capability, attention to tight tolerances, and experience working with small, intricate parts. Key Responsibilities: Set up and operate manual and CNC lathe machines for precision components. Perform micro-machining of small, high-precision parts (tight tolerances, fine features). Interpret technical drawings, GD&T, and process requirements. Select appropriate tooling, cutting parameters, and machining strategies. Conduct in-process inspection using precision instruments (micrometer, vernier, microscope, etc.) Ensure parts meet strict quality and surface finish requirements.
