**Job Title: Plastic CNC Lathe Operator (Contract)**

**Job Description**

This contract role offers an opportunity for a skilled Plastic Lathe Machinist to set up, operate, and maintain CNC lathes to machine plastic components to precise specifications. You will work with a variety of engineering plastics, interpret technical drawings, and use precision measuring tools to ensure high-quality parts. The assignment is expected to run for at least four weeks, with a strong likelihood of extension based on workload and performance.

**Responsibilities**

+ Set up and operate CNC lathes to machine plastic parts according to engineering drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
+ Select appropriate cutting tools, feeds, and speeds for various plastic materials to achieve optimal surface finish and dimensional accuracy.
