Position Overview

            MAIN DUTIES  Administration  Go through log book for follow up 
Periodical check up linen chart and pantry to ensure all housework are completed within the same day. 
Ensure all linen/rewash linen have been returned promptly. 
Check if any preventive maintenance. 
Keep records of daily housework, production record. 
Rotate employees to different job whenever it is considered necessary. 
Ensure that there is ample stock of chemicals and all other items required for the department. 
Keep records on attendance of all laundry staff to prepare duty rosters. 
 Financial and Revenue Responsibilities  To participate in monthly inventories. 
 Training and Human Resources  Maximize the potential of ambassadors by through training programs. Identify training based on departmental needs. 
Work closely with the staff and do on job training.
