In this role, you will contribute your expertise by managing files related to Accident Benefits and Tort matters. A minimum of five years in Insurance Defence Litigation is required along with a strong understanding of the relevant Ontario legal procedures. You will draft legal documents, manage undertakings, and assist with trial preparations, ensuring quality and collaboration.
