Law Clerk - Subdivision Development

Our client, a highly regarded and well established law firm located in mid town Toronto, is actively seeking an experienced Legal Assistant/Law Clerk to join its growing team!

If you have a minimum of 5 years of experience in subdivision real estate from the builder's side, and wish to join a friendly team of professionals look no further!

Primary Duties:

• Supporting the Subdivision Development practice;
• Preparation and drafting of correspondence and legal documents;
• Organization/coordination of files/closing;
• Other general duties as required

Required Experience / Skills / Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5+ years of subdivision development experience;
• Law Clerk Diploma required;
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word & Excel), Unity Software, PC Law, LDD;
