Key Responsibilities

• Research case law relating to disciplinary matters.
• Monitor legislative changes pertaining to the investment and mutual fund industries.
• Monitor financial news and prepare summaries of relevant information.
• Design work tools to help the Regulatory team in its work.
• Support the national background check program.
• Support teams involved in transferring and performing mutual fund responsibilities at CIRO.
• All other related tasks.
