I had an accident while on commute sa trike and was unable to walk. While lying down masakit 9/10 pa dn. Diagnosed with lumbar radiculopathy. Was approved whf by HR initially. It took more than ayear bago ako nagka confidence and strength na makalakad but is very prone to fall pa dn at d maka commute so the dr is still requesting for additional 3 months wfh but was denied twice. Hr states na ergonomic nmn ang table ang chairs etc at kung ano pa facility meron sila sa bldg. But the issue is i live in Imus and the office is (company removed). My mode of transportation is commute using van, bus and jeep only. Also trike again. Yun nga po iniiwasan which is stated sa med cert but HR is not considering it anymore. BtW bagong HR agent n naghahandle ng case ko. Ano po ba pwede gawin as it causing me extreme stress and anxiety to what to do. And also output ko sa work is still top tier even nag wfh ako.
