We are seeking a Lawyer, General Counsel Office to join our team in any of our offices .

The Lawyer, General Counsel Office is responsible for supporting the General Counsel in all aspects of risk management and the Firm's compliance policies and procedures.

In this role, the incumbent will be tasked with researching risk management and ethics questions, answering risk management and ethics questions from Firm members, drafting and updating Firm policies, and reviewing contracts from Firm members.

• Support the General Counsel in duties related to compliance, ethics and regulatory issues.
• Support the General Counsel in updating risk related policies.
