Role

We are seeking a full-time, on-site In-House Real Estate Lawyer  to manage all legal matters related to residential property sales and corporate structuring. This is a hands-on role with direct responsibility for CPCVs, final deeds (escrituras), and client transactions , acting as the internal legal reference for the company in an international, English-speaking work environment .

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and manage CPCVs  for apartment sales
• Coordinate and support final deeds  with notaries and clients
• Provide legal support throughout the full sales process
• Ensure compliance with Portuguese real estate and contract law
• Incorporate and manage
