A real estate developer, owner and manager operating primarily in Ontario, Quebec and the Maritime provinces, specializing in leasing to various retail businesses. Our real estate portfolio includes interests in over 230 properties totalling approximately 8.8 million square feet in Canada. Our properties include small-format retail centers as well as shopping centers 91% leased to national tenants.

The lawyer will work closely with our dynamic and professional legal team, currently in-person at least three (3) days a week (Monday, Wednesday and Friday) at its offices in Pointe-Claire, Quebec. Reporting to the Senior Vice President, Legal Affairs, the lawyer will be responsible for providing full legal support and will be responsible for reviewing, drafting and negotiating various commercial and corporate real estate contracts including leases, amendments and offers to purchase, ensuring that the company's interests are protected.
